The privacy policy describes the rules for the processing of information about you, including personal data and cookies, i.e. cookies.


1. TERMS THAT WE USE IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

Website – website at https://iportfolio.pl.

User - a natural person over 18 years of age who successfully created an Account on the Website.

Account - a place on the Website available to a given User after logging in (entering the Login and password) through which the User enters and manages his data and can activate and deactivate individual Website options on his User Page, some of the Website functions remain unavailable.

User Page - place on the Internet located on the Website at the default address login.iportfolio.pl, provided by the User during registration. The User’s Website publishes (presents) information, data, photos, an online store and other elements provided by the User, provided by him to the Website on an independent and voluntary basis.

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA

Enable to register on the Website
For this purpose, we process the following data: name, surname, e-mail address.

Enabling to subscribe to the newsletter
For this purpose, we process the data provided in the Profile: name, surname, e-mail address. Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary and is not a requirement to use other services of the Website.

Issuing invoices for services and transferring payments
For this purpose, we process data such as: company or individual address data, tax identification number, bank account number. This data is not available to other Website Users.

Statistics of the use of individual Website functionalities, facilitating the use of the Website and ensuring IT security of the Website
For these purposes, we process personal data regarding your activity on the Website, such as: visited pages and subpages of the Website and the amount of time spent on each of them, as well as data on your search history, your IP address, location, device ID and browser data, and operating system.


4. ADJUSTING THE SERVICES TO YOUR INTERESTS

Marketing of our services
For this purpose, we process the personal data provided by you during registration and data regarding your activity on the Website, recorded and stored via cookies. Activity data relates in particular to such data as: search history, clicks on the Website, visits to the main pages of the Website and its subpages, login and registration dates, data on the use of specific services on the Website, history and your activity related to our e-mail communication with you.

Profiling
This data is used to create your profile that represents your interests and preferences of places and geographies. Then, to the professional profile created in this way, we adjust marketing information about our products and services of our Service Providers that may be of interest to you.

Remarketing
In order to reach you with our marketing messages outside the Website, we use the services of external suppliers. These services consist in displaying our marketing messages on websites other than the Website. For this purpose, external providers install, for example, an appropriate code or pixel to download information about your activity on the Website.

After considering our interest and your interests, rights and freedoms, we decided that marketing combined with profiling will not excessively interfere with your privacy. At the same time, we provide the option to withdraw consents to receive marketing messages by e-mail from the level of e-mail messages received. We treat the withdrawal of consent to receive such messages as an objection to profiling for marketing purposes.


5. WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH

We provide your data to the following categories of recipients:

Service providers
We provide your personal data to service providers that we use to run the Website. Service providers to whom we transfer your personal data, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, or are subject to our instructions as to the purposes and methods of processing this data (processors, e.g. cloud hosting service, online marketing systems, systems for displaying notifications web push, systems for sending e-mail messages, systems for analyzing traffic on the Websites, systems for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns) or independently define the purposes and methods of their processing (administrators, e.g. remarketing campaign services). Location
Our suppliers are based mainly in Poland and other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g. in Ireland. Some of our suppliers are based outside the EEA. In connection with the transfer of your data outside the EEA, we have made sure that our suppliers guarantee a high level of personal data protection. These guarantees result in particular from the obligation to use standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (EU) or participation in the "Privacy Shield" program, established by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield.

State authorities
We provide your personal data if requested by authorized state authorities, in particular organizational units of the prosecutor’s office, the Police, the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (in the future the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), the President of the Office for Competition Protection and Consumers or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.


6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We store your personal data for the period of having an Account on the Website. After deleting the Account, your data will be anonymized, with the exception of the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, information on consents (we will keep this data for a period of 3 years from deleting the Account for the purpose of considering complaints and claims related to the use of our services).

We store personal data of users who are not logged in for a period of time corresponding to the life cycle of cookies stored on their devices.


7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We ensure the implementation of your rights indicated below. You can exercise your rights by submitting a request to the e-mail address provided in point 2 of the Privacy Policy. Additionally, you can make selected changes to the Account settings after logging in to the Website.

The right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw any consent you gave at the time of registration to the Website, as well as when using individual services and functionalities offered on the Website. Withdrawal of consent takes effect from the moment the consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by us in accordance with the law before its withdrawal.

Withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for you. However, it may prevent further use of services or functionalities that we can legally provide only with consent (e.g. sending a newsletter). Legal basis: art. 7 sec. 3 GDPR

Right to object to the use of data
You have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal data, including profiling, if we process your data based on our legitimate interest, e.g. in connection with the marketing of our services, keeping statistics use of individual Website functionalities and facilitating the use of the Website, as well as satisfaction surveys.

Opting out of receiving marketing messages regarding our products will mean your objection to the processing of your personal data, including profiling for these purposes.

If your objection turns out to be justified and we have no other legal basis to process your personal data, we will delete your data, the use of which you objected to. Legal basis: art. 21 GDPR

Right to delete data ("right to be forgotten")
You have the right to request the deletion of all or some of your personal data. We will treat the request to delete all personal data as a request to delete the Account.

Despite the request to delete personal data, in connection with the objection or withdrawal of consent, we may retain certain personal data to the extent necessary for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending claims. This applies in particular to personal data including: name, surname, e-mail address, invoices and payment history, which we keep for the purpose of handling complaints and claims related to the use of our services. You have the right to restrict the processing of your data
You have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted. If you submit such a request, until it is considered, we will prevent you from using certain functionalities or services, the use of which will involve the processing of data covered by the request. We will also not send you any messages, including marketing messages.

You have the right to request the restriction of the use of your personal data in the following cases:

  1. when you question the correctness of your personal data - then we will limit their use for the time needed to verify the correctness of your data, but no longer than for 7 days;
  2. when the processing of your data is unlawful, and instead of deleting the data, you request the restriction of their use;
  3. when your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected or used it, but you need it to establish, assert or defend claims;
  4. when you have objected to the use of your data - then the limitation takes place for the time needed to consider whether - due to your special situation - the protection of your interests, rights and freedoms outweighs the interests that we pursue when processing your personal data. The right to access data
You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether we process your personal data, and if this is the case, you have the right to:

  1. get access to your personal data;
  2. obtain information about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data processed, recipients or categories of recipients of these data, the planned period of storage of your data or the criteria for determining this period, about your rights under the GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, about the source of these data, about automated decision-making, including profiling, and about the security measures used in connection with the transfer of such data outside the European Union;
  3. obtain a copy of your personal data. Legal basis: art. 15 GDPR

Right to rectify data
You have the right to rectify and complete the personal data provided by you. You can do it yourself in the Settings tab. With regard to other personal data, you have the right to request us to correct this data (if it is incorrect) and to supplement it (if it is incomplete). Legal basis: art. 16 GDPR

Right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data that you provided to us, and then send it to another personal data administrator of your choice, e.g. to another operator of similar websites. You also have the right to request that personal data be sent by us directly to such other administrator, if technically possible. Legal basis: art. 20 GDPR

When we fulfill your request
If, in the exercise of the above-mentioned rights, you submit a request to us, we comply with this request or refuse to comply with it immediately, but no later than one month after receiving it.

Submitting complaints, inquiries and requests
You can submit complaints, inquiries and requests to us regarding the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights.

If you believe that your right to personal data protection or other rights granted to you under the GDPR have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (in the future the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).


8. HOW WE CARE FOR THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We make every effort to ensure the security of your personal data. The website uses encrypted data transmission (SSL) during registration and logging in, which ensures protection of the data identifying you and significantly hinders interception of access to your Account by unauthorized systems or unauthorized persons.


9. HOW WE USE COOKIES

Cookies are short text files constituting IT data used to browse the content of the Website, which are stored on the User’s final device. The cookies we use are not used to collect Users’ personal data. The user has the option to decide on the use of Cookies on his device.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  1. creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
  2. maintaining the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website;
  3. keeping information about service commands for the purposes of the referral program;
  4. determining the user’s profile in order to display him matched materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network.

The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

We can change and supplement the Privacy Policy as needed. We will inform you about any changes or additions by posting relevant information on the Website pages, and in the event of significant changes, we may also send you separate notifications to the e-mail address provided by you.
